**Job Description**:

We are looking for a Junior Budget Project Manager to provide administrative support for the management of external resources and budgets.

**Tasks**:

- Compilation of documents necessary for the issuance of request to purchase (RDA) and issue RdA

- Update management files

- Collect information related to attendance, received from suppliers

- Monthly Resource Payment Calculation

- Advancement of coverage deadlines

- Check Order deadlines

- Check budget availability on the projects

- Budget organization and distribution among the various teams

- Collection of workload on the various projects of each resource

- Collection, drafting and issuing of documentation for launching new tenders.

- Quartely progress of alignment with each supplier

- Collection of budget needs (internal and external) for each Project

- Retrieval of approved budget availability and division among the various teams

- Budget review and update of the group (internal and external)

- Interaction and calls with Purchasing/Platforms/Functions

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in budget and resource management;

- In-depth knowledge of SAP systems, ESA Tool, OdA Panel;

- Aptitude for teamwork and interpersonal relationships;

- Good leadership skills and effective communication;

- Extreme accuracy and punctuality;

- Strong sense of integrity and responsibility

- Proficiency in problem solving;

- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously

- Must be fluent in Italian and English.

French is a plus.
