We are looking for a Junior Building Surveyor, Intern for our PDS business line. About Project and Development Services (PDS)

Meet with Julien Walid Goudiard, Head of PDS EMEA at JLLJunior Building Surveyor, Intern will support the Building Consultancy team in:

- Qualified as Engineer or Architect;-Knowledge in administrative processes (Urbanistic, Building Permit, etc. )-Someone with a keen interest in the built environment with technical knowledge and competence in administrative procedures;-Completely proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools / AutoCAD / MS Project;-Effective operational proficiency in English and Italian;-Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated;-Must be flexible and a team player;-Organized professional and excellent communicator;-Interested in and have a knowledge about sustainability (LEED, BREEAM, WELLcertifications).
