Job Title: Junior Business AnalystMission of RoleWe are looking for a Business Analyst to become the reference point for market data analysis and support on Vibram strategic long-term plan.

This analytical professional will play a key role in gathering, interpreting, and communicating market data and trends to drive business decisions and innovation pipeline to anticipate market needs and support the company's growth. The role will be based in Albizzate (Varese) and report to Vibram EMEA Marketing Director. Main tasksAct as project support for Vibram long-term strategic plan, in tight collaboration with our external consultancy company and with internal stakeholders, to ensure the successful completion of the company's long-term strategic planCheck execution of the strategic plan and ensure key data sources are updated to monitor customer behavior, market trends, and brand performanceContribute to Vibram innovation pipeline and portfolio management, collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Product Development, Sales)Support management in shaping strategic roadmaps based on analytical findings. Skills2 years of experience in analytical, business intelligence, or strategic management roles. Strong analytical skillsPrevious experience in processing and interpreting data, gained in consultancy companies and ability to turn data and trends into actionable business strategiesAbility to prioritize and meet tight deadlinesA collaborative approach to coordinate multidisciplinary teamsPresent analyses and recommendations clearly and persuasivelyDegree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
