IQVIA is looking for a Junior Business Analytics profile dedicated to data collection, analysis, visualization and reporting. RESPONSIBILITIES: The role involves managing data and business intelligence using Tableau software , which includes maintaining and updating reports, managing data sources, developing new dashboards, and providing support and training to users. Additionally, the position requires close collaboration with Business Units to understand their needs and provide relevant analysis, as well as working with the global IT team to leverage global capabilities. For CRM platform management the responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating platform development according to global team guidelines, supporting Field Force colleagues with technical assistance, and ensuring data accuracy and proper platform usage while identifying areas for improvement. The role also involves becoming the reference point within the commercial organization for all CRM activities, deeply understanding the CRM structure and key features, supporting the Field Force with functional and technical requests if needed. REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 6 months of experience in the same role is required Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Tableau tools, SQL and CRM Sales force knowledge Analytical mindset A strong aptitude for using various systems is essential Problem solving Fluent in English Problem solving WE OFFER: Temporary contract IQVIA reserves the right to evaluate candidates with domicile / residence and work experience / study with requirements responding to the open request.
