Junior Business Analyst - Finance Industry NaxtHub Bari is looking for a junior figure to be included in the Operations Excellence team of Deloitte NextHub (Bari location with hybrid work mode).

The business in question focuses on transforming and reviewing the operating models of supported financial institutions based on needs arising from the reference business/market context of the client/adjustments dictated by regulations in the banking sector.

Corporate Banking & AWM Commercial Banking Your Role The Junior resource will be integrated into a work team, assisting senior colleagues and dealing with:

Supporting your team in activities aimed at maximizing profitability, implementing new business models, and defining technological innovation strategies for efficient and competitive operational models. Developing and managing strategic innovation and cost reduction and optimization strategies. Rationalizing the company's information assets. Merger and Post-merger Integration of financial institutions. Optimizing core processes in the banking sector (Corporate Governance Transformation, Credit, Finance, Commercial, Accounting Transformation) and in the insurance sector (Corporate Governance Transformation, Underwriting and Product Management, Distribution, Claims) also through the use of RPA, AI, Blockchain, and Digital transformation. Winning Requirements Master's degree (obtained or to be obtained within 3-4 months) in Economics and/or Finance or STEM subjects (with an interest in the Banking and/or Insurance sector). Knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Understanding of financial markets: payment systems, main banking/financial/insurance products, and regulations (Basel, CRR, MIFID, AML, etc. ). Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad.
