Junior Business ConsultantMonitor Deloitte (0 to 1 year of experience) is looking for junior figures to join the Monitor Deloitte team in Milan, working in a hybrid mode.

The team focuses on defining business transformation strategies and identifying the strategic capabilities necessary for change, helping our clients design innovative sustainable strategies, create value and business growth, optimize their product portfolio, adopt a differentiation and disruption-oriented approach, and support clients from conducting thorough commercial due diligence to closing a deal and managing the integration program.

Your RoleThe junior resources will be integrated into a work team, supporting senior colleagues and dealing with:

Collecting and analyzing data to support the development of solutions for clients, Being consistently focused on results, individual responsibility, and quality of work, Identifying potential risks and issues and sharing them promptly with the rest of the team, Collaborating effectively in heterogeneous and international teams. Winning RequirementsMaster's degree obtained or to be obtained within 6 months, 0 to 1 year of experience in strategic consulting firms, Excellent academic background in: Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Statistics, Previous experience in international contexts, Excellent level of English.
