**Join our Transcom Family as a Junior **Business Controller** in the **FINANCE Department**in MILAN!
The Junior Business Controller (BC) is supporting the Finance Business Partner in driving and improving the Client(s) profitability by supporting the managers and providing financial measurements that are transparent, accurate, timely and relevant.
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyse and report the financial development of the cluster.
- Support managers in understanding and achieving the financial targets.
- Support in the monthly forecast process within the cluster and report to Corporate.
- Support in the annual budget process.
- Support in the implementation and accuracy of SAP COPA.
**What we are looking for**:
- Minimum studies: Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree (Business Administration and Management, Economics or similar) or equivalent.
- Knowledge/Specific training in P&L processes, Corporate Planning, Budgeting and Financial Statement.
Excel, SAP and Hyperion.
- Effective time management and focus on setting clear objectives and priorities.
- Excellent watching and logical abilities.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Able to maintain confidentiality about financial and data matters.
- Office package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint): High level.
- Google Apps: High level.
- E-mail Communication: High level.
