The Role Intesa , a company belonging to the Kyndryl Group, as part of its path of growth and positioning as a pole of innovation and digital transformation for the business, is looking for a Junior Business Developer.
Main activities: Identifying new business opportunities through the different touchpoints (online/offline) available to the company; Developing market analyses to identify sales opportunities for the services offered by the company; Drafting sales offers and collaborating with the different functions of the sales team to achieve sales targets; Ensuring the achievement of the company's assigned objectives; Managing the information flow on ongoing negotiations with transparency and clarity, through the use of company information tools; Creating reports to monitor sales performance; Communicating with internal structures for the definition of offer proposals.

Who You Are Requirements: Degree in Economics, Marketing or related disciplines.
Strong interpersonal skills and commercial predisposition; Solid value base (fairness and clarity); Entrepreneurial skills and ability to build relationships, as well as in managing relationships with colleagues, even remotely; Strong interest in developing a growth path in ICT services; Excellent analytical and research skills, with a flair for interpreting market data; Excellent knowledge of IT tools, in particular Google Workspace and Microsoft Office package; Knowledge of Salesforce; Intermediate knowledge of English (B2).
