Junior Business Development
EFI's têxtile ink business unit is looking for a Junior Business Development located at our Grassobbio (Bergamo, Italy) site.
Working to support our dedicated Textile Ink Business Development Team and under the direction of our Senior Director for Business Development you will be supporting in the collection of sales intelligence and product data in order to create and present critical reporting to the business.
This will include liaising with our ink teams in Italy as well as production facilities in the UK and Turkey to provide accurate and timely information for the business unit General Manager, senior business leaders and relevant finance teams.
On top of that, you will be required to support the ordinary business in customer and product management, as well as will be involved in the business plan and management of strategic projects.
You will create reports and Excel documents and help in the management of dashboards used for forecasting and budget reviews.
In addition to this you will also be required to give interpretive analysis and together with the team create presentations and reports.
You will help in the define and drive customer initiatives and as the role develops build customer relationships in this rapidly expanding segment of EFI's product portfolio.
**Your activities in this role**:
- Collection of data from multiple company systems and departmental reports to create and deliver reports in Excel to senior business leaders for forecasting or budget reviews
- Manage dashboards and sales intelligence data
- Provide support to Business Development team with customer management and product regulatory documentation
- Create and present reports in PowerPoint for multiple team initiatives
- Support Business Development Manager with defining and delivering long-term strategic project
- Be an ambassador for EFI and build customer relationships within EFI's têxtile ink product portfolio.
- Provide general administrative support where required.
**This job might be a good fit if you have**:
- Degree level or above in either Economics, Finance or Marketing with a focus on data analysis and sales intelligence or equivalent work experience is required
- Good knowledge of Excel and experience in creating reports
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint and experience in creating presentations
- Knowledge of SAP highly desirable but not essential
- Proactive and innovative approach
- Accurate and analytical with data
- Good communicator and ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers alike
- Flexible with the ability to priorities and manage urgent requests when required
