About the Company - For an Italian company, based in Milan (>500 employees), operating in the media and entertainment industry, we are looking for a Junior Junior Business Intelligence Analyst. About the Role - Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnalytical Support and Development of Key Proposals (Prospects & Partners)Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to gather relevant insights and intelligence required for proposal development. Assist in data-driven decision-making to inform proposal creation and strategy. Collaborate in the planning and development of partnership territories, narratives, and concepts with a focus on analytical rigor. Identify and implement analytical solutions to improve team outputs and overall effectiveness. Keeping the Department Updated on Market Trends and InsightsConduct regular analysis of the latest marketing trends and insights. Develop initiatives to disseminate analytical insights to the department, helping colleagues understand their relevance and impact on commercial proposals and marketing activations. Provide analytical support to inspire innovation and maintain a competitive advantage within the team. Support in Strategic Team and Departmental ProjectsAssist in the development and execution of key departmental projects and initiatives assigned by senior leadership. Support project progress, ensuring adherence to dynamic timelines and deadlines through effective data analysis. Qualifications1-2 years of experience in an agency, brand, or rights holder working in sports marketing and/or commercial partnership development. Strong knowledge and understanding of the commercial football, sports, and entertainment landscape. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software. Proven ability to develop analytically driven, professionally structured, and presented proposals & supporting sales materials. Knowledge and understanding of core marketing competencies and principles. Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Results-driven with a keen eye for data and metrics. Ability to manage a varied project workload in a dynamic environment and collaborate with senior stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders. Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems using analytical methods. Ability to work effectively in a cross-team/interdepartmental environment and positively influence peers and senior team leads.
