For our important client, we are looking for a

Junior Business Partner.

As part of team, she/he will help Business Partners in the implementation of technological solutions to support the Retail and Finance function.

Our client is radically transforming and improving internal processes and technology through the implementation of a new, fully integrated ERP.

As a Junior Business Partner you will have experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems and knowledgeable of best practices.

Your aim will be to support the assigned business functions the Microsoft Dynamics 365 adoption.

You will be a trusted technology advisor to the business functions, propose new solutions based on industry and technology trends.

You will support the organization as a liaison between and the business.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Computer Science or similar.

- At least 2 years of experience as functional analyst in Dynamics 365/Dynamics AX or equivalent experience with SAP.

- Demonstrated knowledge of the business process in at least one of the following areas:

finance, supply chain, production, retail, sales.

- Experience in the implementation or maintenance of D365 or SAP for at least one of the following modules:

Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain, Production, Sales, Retail.

- Dynamics365 experience is a plus.

- Ability to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and Technical resources both internally and externally.

- Experience in using the major Project Management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE, Agile/SCRUM).

- Experience in consulting firms or in multinational companies is a plus.

- Teamwork.

- Pragmatism.

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

- Innovation mindset.

- Fluent in Italian and English.

**Location**:

Cuneo or Milan.

Short regular business trips in Italy and abroad are required.

Responsabilità:

Key Responsibilities:

- International project manager for all the project in her/his area of responsibility.

- Act as a trusted advisor to match D365 functionalities to business needs, by proposing when possible a standard approach.

- Build strong working relationship with the Business Process Owners and Key Users.

- Build a good understanding of business processes, operations and support the continuous improvement of processes.

- Work on new business requirements in fit/gap analysis, configuration, design, and testing.

- Manage with the rest of and business key users the continuous update of the platform (i. e.

monthly new release update):

analyze new features, discuss with KU and BPO the adoption, test solution before the release.

- Provide Functional and Technical Assistance to users daily work.

- Work cross functionally with the other business areas.

- Ensure alignment and compliance to the strategy, information security, governance and standards.
