The role will primarily focus on PreSales activities and will include:Shaping digital solutions for our clients, aligned with business priorities and customer technology landscape, from business strategy until the technology solutionSupport leadership team in PreSales activities, including RFP/RFI responsesSupporting the delivery project team in the "Sales2Delivery" phase, to set up the project, ensure Delivery execution aligned with the sales proposal and business and IT strategy, participating in design phase and governance meetingsParticipating to the building of key service offerings at local and global levelCooperating with our Vendors and PartnersMaintaining and originating a pipeline of Capgemini opportunities by collaborating with our Sales AccountsInteracting directly with clients, gathering and analyzing their requirements and working on new solutions with both business and IT stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:MSc in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent. Basic knowledge of Business and Technology Transformation programs, business requirements design, deal shapingNice to have: previous experience in major consulting firmExcellent communication skills and ability to interact with our Market Units and ClientsExcellent knowledge in both oral and written English is requiredSelf-started and self-motivated, eager to adhere to the Capgemini's values of Honesty, Boldness, Trust, Freedom, Team Spirit, Modesty and Fun.
