Context We are looking for a Junior Business&Technology Innovation Consultant for the Centre of Excellence Italian Team for the Digital Customer eXperience business Unit You will be part of an experienced and powerful network to design advanced service offerings tailored to different market sectors and will participate to a broad network of experts to drive innovation within our key clients and prospects, participating to the design of cutting edge solutions based on multiple platforms to help our client evolve their business locally and internationally Skills & Experiences To grow and further structure our team in Milan, we are looking for a Junior Business&TechnologyInnovation Consultant.

The role will primarily focus on PreSales activities and will include: Shaping digital solutions for our clients, aligned with business priorities and customer technology landscape, from business strategy until the technology solution Support leadership team in PreSales activities, including RFP/RFI responses Supporting the delivery project team in the "Sales2Delivery" phase, to set up the project, ensure Delivery execution aligned with the sales proposal and business and IT strategy, participating in design phase and governance meetings Participating to the building of key service offerings at local and global level Cooperating with our Vendors and Partners Maintaining and originating a pipeline of Capgemini opportunities by collaborating with our Sales Accounts Interacting directly with clients, gathering and analyzing their requirements and working on new solutions with both business and IT stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills: MSc in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent.

Basic knowledge of Business and Technology Transformation programs, business requirements design, deal shaping Nice to have: previous experience in major consulting firm Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with our Market Units and Clients Excellent knowledge in both oral and written English is required Self-started and self-motivated, eager to adhere to the Capgemini's values of Honesty, Boldness, Trust, Freedom, Team Spirit, Modesty and Fun.
