For our team we are looking for a **Junior Buyer** who will be based in Malpensa area, Italy.

**Responsibilities

- Research and continuously develop new source of supply.

- Issue purchase/exchange/repair orders based on requests coming from different departments;

- Initiate/coordinate shipments in the most efficient and competitive way to final destinations.

- Follow up of shipments from departure to arrival of the material at its destination, with continuous updating of the technical staff;

- Constant contact with Store Supervisor and Maintenance Department to resolve issues relating to the supply of materials;

- Issue monthly reports related to outstanding spares/services;

- Maintain filing system in an organized way.

**Requirements**:

- At least one (1) year's relevant experience;

- Knowledge of the aeronautical / helicopter sector will be an added advantage;

- Good level of English proficiency;

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package;

- Problem solving;

- Flexibility;

- Ability to work in a team;

- Good interpersonal relations and communication skills.
