Main responsibilities: Analyse the market to find the best opportunities and suppliers to be invited in the tenders for the following purchase categories: Corporate Services - marketing, consultancies, travel - Packaging materials, Industrial supplies, Facility management, IT, CAPEX;Issue tender enquires, analyse, negotiate and evaluate bids;Collaboration with the legal office for the revision of contracts;Conclude contracts, frame and price agreements with suppliers;Act as procurement process owner establishing strong cross-functional working relationship (e. g.

internal customers, legal office, finance, controlling…) in order to deliver tangible bottom line results;Participation in the needs analysis phase with internal customers in order to clearly define the technical requirements of the products/service to be provisioned by suppliers.

When needed, the buyer will support the internal customer in drafting the technical specifications (Scope of Work);Execute administrative procurement activities (e. g: management of Purchase orders, supplier homologation…);Support and train other departments to ensure compliance with the Group codes of practice and procedures. Requirements 2 years of experience in procurement;Experience in indirect categories is a plus;Master degree in Economics or Engineering;MS Office (in particular Word, Excel, Power Point);SAP is a plus;Basic knowledge of procurement practices;Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
