We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to join our purchasing team. Under the support and supervision of the Purchasing Manager, the Junior Buyer will be responsible for various tasks aimed at ensuring efficient and effective procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:Analyze stock levels and prepare and send information/quotation requests (RFx). Evaluate, tabulate, and conduct preliminary negotiations on received quotations. Issue purchase orders and ensure timely and accurate processing. Follow up with suppliers to guarantee delivery according to agreed timelines and quality standards. Create and maintain item master data and price lists. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support purchasing initiatives and projects. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferably in economics or related fields. Command of the English language (aside from Italian mother tongue). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and IT systems. A flexible mindset, strong attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills.
