Junior Buyer Indirect Material (, IoT e Car Fleet) An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to the Procurement Department at Haier Europe.

Main activitiesSupport in the management of the following global commodities:

corporate fleet, mobile telephony, infrastructure, equipment, and systems, IoT and Digital ecosystems:

- Benchmarking of new suppliers to increase the supply base;-Support in collaboration with the various Business Sectors within the company (Cooling, Washing, Cooking, SDA) for the choice of new suppliers and evaluation of offers / contracts relating to dedicated projects;-Support in purchasing analyzes;-Evaluation of offers received and relative optimization of economics-Support in the negotiation of commercial agreements of different nature:

payment terms, type of expense (CAPEX or OPEX), deliverables, SLA / KPI, duration, any penalties;-Support in the interface with the finance and legal area for the review of framework contracts

- Issuance of Purchase Orders vs suppliers from the company ERP-Support in reporting activities;-Contact with the branches of the group for feedback / support activities for the purchases of the Headquarters.

Who we are looking for

- Graduate or Student (Economics/Management or Languages preferred);

- Fluent in english;

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office;

- Good relational and organizational skills.
