Your mission Develop the company's presence worldwide, working closely with the CEO and C-level defining the guidelines and the roadmap for the next years Generating leads, negotiate the deal terms and follow up Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs, making sure that they receive services that are within their budget Represent MAF at industry conferences and events; participate in industry speaking opportunities Forming long term partnerships with strategic advertisers Competitive intelligence – identifying trends in the mobile monetization and mobile advertising industry Synthesize and articulate client requirements and feedback to help shape our product roadmap Your profile 2+ years of experience in sales field or Business Development Strong affiliate business development skills 2+ years of experience in rewarded & offerwalls Deep understanding of the digital and mobile industry Ability to work cross functionally with Marketing, Product and Ops teams Ability to create and analyze forecasts, and to craft win-win deals that maximize value for both advertiser & publisher side.

A strong track record selling technical products to mobile app developers Strong pre-existing network among mobile developers.

Strong analytical skillset, including extensive hands on experience in excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.

Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trend Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions Very fast learner (and addicted to learn), reliable person with unstoppable can-do-attitude Fast disaster recovery Excellent active listening skills.

The position is based in Imola (BO).

We offer a permanent contract.

Salary will depend on actual experience and knowledge.
