**Role Overview

Your mission:

- ** Stakeholder management.

** Assist Talent Acquisition Partners in retrieving relevant data for weekly catch-ups with their Hiring Managers

- ** Data Quality.

** Maintain data accuracy and integrity in Ashby, our Applicant Tracking system, ensuring recruitment data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant

Your ideal profile:

- ** Organizational Skills.

**Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, particularly in scheduling interviews, and maintaining records in a fast-paced environment.

- ** Data Driven.

** Comfortable using Excel or GSheets to manipulate basic datasets.

- ** Details Oriented.

** Ability to spot inconsistencies and ensure high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.

- ** Communication.

** Excellent oral and written communication in English (Italian preferred)

- ** A real team player.

** You're collaborative, open to feedback, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, showing flexibility and adaptability to work alongside different team members
