Job Description What will you do?

Assist in developing strategies for IT categories including hardware, software, audiovisual, and payment solutions.

Support RFP processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management to ensure optimal offers for the hotel network.

Manage supplier relationships, including organizing business reviews, renegotiations, and sourcing new suppliers when necessary.

Deploy supplier solutions across the hotel network and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Contribute to procurement data analysis to identify savings opportunities and support decision-making.

Qualifications Our ideal profile would be : Knowledge or experience in IT procurement categories and strategies.

Familiarity with procurement and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, e-Procurement tools).

Experience or interest in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work in multicultural teams.

Professional proficiency in English; French would be a plus.
