They are looking for a Category Supply Chain Specialist, responsible in coordination with the Category Supply Chain Manager for ensuring that supply chain processes are implemented and executed with excellence.

Within the category of responsibility, they ensure proper lifecycle management of products from launch to phase-out and all steps in-between. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the execution of supply network planning within category of responsibility. Responsible for operational efficiency via inventory optimization and continuous efficiency improvement. Measure and evaluate supplier (internal and external) performance using Service Level Agreements (SLA), KPI's (KPI) and supplier scorecards. Ensures correct execution of phase-in of new products in coordination with all stakeholders. Ensurescorrect execution of phase-out of obsolete articles with mínimal write-offs and additional costs.

Professional Experience and EducationUniversity Degree, logistics and supply chainSpecific knowledge General knowledge/experience in SAP ERP and BI reporting is preferredBasic knowledge of Internal processes (Supply Chain and linked processes)Master Application skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerpointEnglish language proficient Specific competencies Strong communication skills enjoying working in an international and intercultural environmentCapability to facilitate communication and collaboration between different actors of the supply Chain in an international and intercultural environment. Ability to perform in stressful situation and high capability to manage conflicts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong ability to work and act independently or with mínimal guidance.
