**Job Description**:
To contribute to the hyper-growth of MANGOPAY and accelerate acquisition of large merchants across Europe, MANGOPAY is looking to reinforce its european growth team by recruiting a Junior Channel Manager** **that will contribute to the sales performances, the revenue increase and help positioned Mangopay as a reference for marketplaces in South & East Europe.
Demonstrating leadership, strategic thinking, and being client oriented will be the keys of success for this strategic position at MANGOPAY.
Reporting directly to the Head of Channel Management and the Head of Sales South&East EU, the Channel Manager South&East is responsible for the acquisition of large merchants through the generation of revenue thanks to a network of partners across the region.
**What will you be doing?
1.
Strategic Partners Network to nurture and consolidate
- Being the point of contact of our existing strategic partners to build and nurture a long-term relationship.
- Sourcing of new partners across Italy - Poland - Baltics - Greece
- Have a deep understanding of each partner roadmap and how it can help deploy MANGOPAY strategy locally
- Roll-out MANGOPAY's tiered partnership program according to each of your partners' contribution to MANGOPAY strategy: oversee training and certification of the partners on our platform, lead local co-marketing initiatives, etc.

Optimize the lead generation through the partnership network
- Creation and execution of a sales strategy with new and existing strategic partners, to drive large merchants leads that convert to client
- Modelize and Maximize the lead generation through the partnership network
- Responsible for all leads and prospects sent by the partners from discovery to live phase.

Insure a transversal role across all departments at MANGOPAY
- Be able to size opportunity of new partnerships and modelize the new business to generate
- Cross-department : contribute to sharpen the co-marketing strategy with the CMO, provide feedback on local markets conditions in order to influence pricing and revenue share with the CFO, identify new technical partners that can reinforce Mangopay value proposition** **with the CPO
- Create and harmonize legal partnership contracts with the CLO
- Ensure ongoing training of the Mangopay sales team regarding the existing strategic partnerships and corresponding partner products
- Provide Mangopay sales and product teams with a clear view of the partner product roadmap.
**Qualifications**:
**What skills and experience do you need?
- 2/3 years of professional experience in multicultural organizations
- Proven sales experience closing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and C-Level decision makers
- FinTech / E-commerce / Marketplace experience must have (2+ years)
- Previous experience (and success) as a Strategic Partner/Key account (2+ years)
- Metric and KPI oriented with experience in defining and tracking sales KPIs
- Familiar with CRM solutions (e. g.
Salesforce) and Partnership Management Solutions (e. g.
Crossbeam)
- Easily strikes a balance between thinking strategically and executing tactically.
- Fluent in English
