We are seeking a talented individual to join our Private Claims - Property & Liability team at Marsh.

This role will be based in Milano.

This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The candidate will be introduced in our Organization for an inspiring opportunity, which will enable professional growth within a dynamic and thriving team.

We will count on you to: Be a great communicator and a relationship builder; every day you will interact with clients and help them solve their risk management issues. Liase with Clients, Insurers, Client Executives, and Loss Adjusters for specific claim-related issues. Review and understand incoming documentation and new claims notifications. Determine coverage for incoming claims through knowledge of the policies and by communicating with Insurers to help Clients manage their incoming claims and ensure that claim management processes adhere to established standards. Prepare various client-targeted reports including trend analysis. Prepare for and attend client meetings, including annual or quarterly claims review meetings. What you need to have: University Degree, preferably in Law, Legal Services, Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc. )

or similar, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining and a brilliant academic path. Fluency in English and Italian. Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT tools (especially Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
