Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Affinity team at Marsh.

This role will be based in Padova.

This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Affinity Business Segment is responsible in Marsh for groups of individuals having homogeneous characteristics and insurance needs (such as professional associations, sports associations, large employees or public authority, etc.

), with revenues up to 25 million.

The Affinity Team supports customers in analyzing their needs, identifying an affinity insurance scheme and finding customized solutions based on their specific risk profiles.

We will count on you to: Identify, and agree strategies for, clients' risk management, risk financing and insurance needs and objectivesSupport and manage the customer portfolioDevelop client relationships including understanding of client business, strategy and objectives. Support clients in the management, analysis and evaluation of insurable risks;Controlling and reporting;Implement strategies to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service;Assist in expanded business development activitiesMonitor and use management software;What you need to have: University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.

), Law, Management Engineering, Statistics, International Relations, Political, Social and Organizational Science, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining and a brilliant academic path;Fluency in English and in Italian;Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT-tools (especially Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
