**We will count on you to**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day service needs;

- Build a deep understanding of clients' needs and priorities, of risk and industry strategies and solutions to develop and provide placement solutions that meet client needs at the best;

- Present, develop and execute renewal/placement strategies in partnership with Client Executives;

- Interface closely with client executives and client teams to support client retention and new business production;

- Keep abreast of changing insurance and risk management market conditions;

- Support in the analysis of insurance contracts and ensure compliance with our business protocols and local regulatory requirements.

**What you need to have**:

- University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.

), Law or similar, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining and a brilliant academic path;

- Fluency in English and Italian;

- Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT-tools (especially Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
