We are looking for Graduates interested in starting a career in insurance-brokerage and risk-management consulting to join our _Employee Health & Benefits_ Specialty, working from the offices of Padua.

The _EB_ team aims to identify and implement innovative solutions to combine labor flexibility, corporate welfare and cost-consciousness, resulting in new sustainable models.

It works closely with client companies to help them understand current market dynamics, identify strengths and weaknesses, and ultimately develop tailored strategies that concretely meet business objectives and employee needs.

**We will count on you to**:

Depending on the job rotation, you may be involved in activities like:

- Supporting the placement of Employee Benefits Plans for Italian and foreign clients (Large Clients and Small & Medium Enterprises), as well as for for the Assistance Funds for which Marsh is an intermediary;

- Helping internal Teams dedicated to Client Management to:

- identify the best market approach strategies;

- research the best insurance solutions;

- Supporting the Business Development team in _desk quote_ activities of prospect Clients;

- Performing Employee Benefits portfolio monitoring and analysis activities;

- Developing relationships with key local and international insurance markets.

**What you need to have**:

- University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.

), Law, Management Engineering, Statistics, International Relations, Political, Social and Organizational Science, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining and a brilliant academic path;

- Fluency in English and, preferably, in a second language;

- Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT-tools (especially Microsoft Office Package, Excel and Powerpoint).
