Junior Commercial & Analytics Business Partner (Cat. Protette - L.68/99)
Our Enterprise Account Management team owns and manages our restaurant relationships.
As Deliveroo continues to scale, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants - aside from providing best-in-class support, we are restaurant consultants that use data-driven insight and industry knowledge to drive our partner restaurants' growth.
They are a passionate, dynamic group of team players that work well together and cross-functionally with other departments. . . and of course, they're fun, personable, and great at building relationships!
Key Responsibilities:
Report Generation : Create analytical reports using Looker to provide data-driven insights.
Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze performance, preparing and presenting partner performance review meetings with key stakeholders.
Consultation : Increase revenue and health metrics by advising restaurant partners on best practices.
Cross-Functional Interaction : Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to drive business growth.
Operational Interaction : Engage with operations for new activations and partnerships with large chains.
Requirements Experience : At least 2 years in a commercial or consultant role Attention to Detail : Excellent attention to detail, people skills, and organizational skills.
Relationship Building : Ability to create and maintain long-term relationships.
Technical Skills : Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office tools and related project management applications to drive best practices.
Self-Starter : Ability to manage your own time and priorities effectively.
Language : Must be fluent in English.
