The Junior Commercial Specialist supports the development of high quality bids with the objective of winning new business with a risk profile and margin expectation that is acceptable to EthosEnergy Shareholders and that aligns with the OneEthos vision.

Manage bid volumes within their queue, and determine the internal resources necessary to complete the proposal.

Create models, reviews and redlines contracts, and prepares and supports deal approvals.

The Commercial Specialist is expected to ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and safety, security and environmental requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analysis and evaluation of customer requirement at commercial and contractual levels

- Coordination with Company functions (Engineering, Workshop, Supply Chain, Sales, Legal, Finance, ) to develop a proper tecno-commercial solution, often customized

- Develop financial models for each opportunity accounting for cost of scope and risks and in alignment with market-based pricing and Company objectives.

- Support Sales to develop strategy and negotiation up to order acquisition.

- Turnover to Contract Execution Team to ensure successful contract launch and execution

**Required Skills / Knowledge**:

- Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated to work in team with high amount of energy to support results directed behaviors.

- Important to be a team player and good communicator.

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Communicates information effectively through both formal and informal means.

- Knowledge of CRM Platforms (Salesforce) advantageous

- Fluent in written and spoken English and French

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years experience working within a Commercial role working with financial reporting, budgets and contract execution

- Experience working with MS Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook

**Education Requirements**:

- Bachelor/Master Degree (Laurea Triennale/Magistrale) - Degree in Engineering is preferred.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Willing to travel, nationally and internationally, when and if required
