Key Responsibilities Respond to client requests and questions through our ticketing system, ensuring quick and helpful answers.

Help with tasks such as managing client accounts, updating account information,  and assisting with programme changes.

Work with other internal teams (like finance and technical teams) to solve client ssues.

Support clients by keeping them informed about updates, changes, or improvements in the system.

Assist in finding and onboarding new partners for affiliate programmes.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and tasks.
