responsabilità
The Commercial Specialist role is providing support to a diverse portfolio of clients across sectors like Retail, Travel, and Telecoms. You will help manage and grow successful affiliate programmes by offering top-tier administrative and customer support. This role is an excellent entry point into the affiliate marketing industry, with career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client requests and questions through our ticketing system, ensuring quick and helpful answers.
Help with tasks such as managing client accounts, updating account information, and assisting with programme changes.
Work with other internal teams (like finance and technical teams) to solve client ssues.
Support clients by keeping them informed about updates, changes, or improvements in the system.
Assist in finding and onboarding new partners for affiliate programmes.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and tasks.

Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).
Excellent customer service skills.
Organisational and time management skills.
Willing to collaborate with others and support your teammates when needed
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly
