DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE The Junior Communication Specialist will have the opportunity to support the brand communication team in building strong relationships with the AW LAB audience to improve the awareness and reputation of AW LAB.

The resource will support the Communication Team in developing the production of AW LAB and its brand campaigns, enhancing the company's Tone of Voice through various channels and supporting the team on the development of special projects.

KEY CHALLENGES AND PROBLEM AREAS Plan and manage the production of campaigns for AW LAB and brand partners. Plan the budget, define the team (photographer, stylist, models, etc.

), and suggest new talents and agencies to collaborate with. Manage storytelling content/formats and activities. Manage all materials related to corporate identity for internal communication activities. Manage all materials related to corporate identity for the store. Prepare assets for the production of in-store, digital, and social media tools. Support in the organization and management of AW LAB's special projects, both in-house and in collaboration with brand partners. Manage advertising agency relationships. Manage a dedicated budget and share deadlines with the teams. Check invoices and update administrative documents of the department. Prepare quotations and orders. CORE COMPETENCIES A very motivated person passionate about fashion and sneakers. A positive person, energetic, willing to travel, and able to work under pressure. A creative individual who is precise in managing budgets and people. A background in photography, styling, and casting is preferred. Knowledge of the retouching phase of pictures and printing techniques. Connections with international and national agencies are a plus. LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY Italian. Great knowledge of English. LOCATION Limena (PD). Possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training period.
