Job Description:

Havas Milan is looking for a Junior Community Manager to join the team (English and Italian Speaker)

The resource will take care of:

- Animate and moderate the social communities of the agency's clients on a daily basis by replying to comments and private messages- Plan and publish the contents of the editorial plan- Identify any trends within the Communities to be exploited to produce targeted and performing editorial content- Identify ways to stimulate conversation and user involvement in a creative and strategic way- Report and manage any crisis situations within the Communities- Create qualitative-quantitative relationships

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing / Communication Sciences or similar- English level: Mastery- At least 1 year of previous experience gained in the role, in leading communication agencies- Ability to interact with users of the Communities to interpret their needs with sensitivity- Experience of using the main Social Networks- Passion on Automotive field - preferential requirement- Excellent command of the English and Italian language and excellent writing skills (mastery)- Good knowledge of the measurement metrics of social channels and use of their Insights- Ability to produce reports and data analysis of performance evidence- Available for European travel

Proactivity, creativity and predisposition to teamwork complete the profile.

Place of work: Milan or full remote work

Working hours: Full-time
