**Junior Compliance Consultant**:

HSPI, a management consulting company and part of the TXT Group, for its Rome office is looking for a resource to be placed in the role of Junior Compliance Consultant for support activities in Compliance Management Systems implementation projects towards its clients.

The resource will be responsible for liaising with the client for the definition/discussion of project Deliverables, intercepting needs and critical issues related to the project and support in the definition and review of Management and Control Systems.

**Main Responsibilities**:

Support the Client in the definition and review of Compliance Management Systems, defined according to standards the regulations of corruption, transparency, environmental sustainability and ethics;

Carry out and support activities to describe Compliance processes according to best Practices and reference frameworks;

Collaborate in defining models and carrying out Risk Analysis activities;

Draft compliance policies and procedures;

Collaborate in the delivery of specialized training courses.

**Technical Requirements Required**:

Knowledge and experience in defining Compliance Systems according to relevant regulations in the areas of: Anti-Corruption, Transparency and Sustainability;

Knowledge of audit techniques and Risk Analysis models;

Experience in drafting and updating compliance policies and procedures.

**What is needed to apply**:

Bachelor's degree in the field of Law /Economics;

Good knowledge of English and perfect knowledge of both spoken and written Italian;

Organizational autonomy and goal orientation;

Ability to manage relationships with different types of stakeholders;

Good knowledge of the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

).

A hybrid work mode is envisaged.

Contract commensurate with experience and the opportunity to gain experience in an international setting is offered.
