Junior Compliance Lawyer
The lawyers of the Compliance Department provide integrated and qualified consultancy to Italian and International Clients, assisting them to adapt their organizational structures and activities to Italian, EU and international regulations.
The professionals provide assistance as regards organizational, management and control models 231, codes of ethics and/or conduct; internal audits; whistleblowing regulations; measures to prevent corruption; personal data protection, transparency and e-privacy, also with reference to new technologies; management systems in accordance to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and privacy regulations; corporate training on compliance matters and legal support to DPO, CPO and Information Risk Management teams.
**Skills & Experience
- Newly qualified - 1-2 PQE experience in matters related to related to Compliance, Data Protection and 231
- Drafting and revision of privacy documentation (notices, procedures, policies, acts of designation of persons involved in the processing of personal data, contracts, etc.
)
- Support for the supervisory activities of the DPO
- Drafting and updating of the 231 Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 (general and special sections, matrix, protocols, etc.
)
- Assisting in the design, development and implementation of Corporate Compliance programs at 360 degrees (i. e.
health and safety in the workplace Legislative Decree 81/2008;, environmental compliance Legislative Decree 152/2006)
- Excellent academics
- Former training and experience within a Compliance Department
- Fluent Italian and English
- Ability to draft in both English and Italian documentation
- Experience abroad for academic or professional purposes is an asset
- Enthusiastic and engaged attitude with excellent people skills and a good, clear communication style
- Teamwork is vital and you will often work alongside with colleagues in our overseas offices
- Strong IT skills (e. g.
Word & Excel)
