Junior Configuration Engineer
RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior Configuration Engineer to join its office in Rome, Genoa, La Spezia within the Aerospace & Defence Division.
Mission
Join our dynamic team at RINA Consulting S. p. A. as a Configuration Engineer & RAMS Engineer, contributing to important ILS (Integrated Logistic Support) projects for key stakeholders in the Aerospace & Defence sector.
As a Configuration Engineer or RAMS Engineer, you will be part of a team committed to excellence, where you can showcase your skills in the Defence & Space industry.
Key Accountabilities
Your key accountabilities will include (based on the specific role):
Define the product/service tree, managing rules for identification, classification, and coding of configuration elements for HW, SW, and documentation componentsEnsure product/service requirements are correctly mapped, providing relevant feedback to activity managersDefine and provide stakeholders with the appropriate product/project structure to facilitate integrated documentation management as well as control and evolution of HW and SW product/service componentsExecute activities outlined in the Configuration Management Plan, involving Configuration Identification, Documentation and Data Management, Configuration Change Control, Configuration Status Accounting, Configuration Audits (both physical and functional)Assign Part Numbers in accordance with internal coding standardsReliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Testability (RAMT) analysisSupport logistical analysis (logistic breakdown and maintenance plan) for the entire product lifecycleSafety Concept definition for various product configurations in accordance with European regulations/directivesContribution to product specifications related to logistic and safety requirementsEvaluation of product safety risksValidation of safety requirements from associated risk assessmentsEducation
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering General
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
