Job DescriptionOur Junior Market Analyst & Consultant (m/f/d) will: Project manager support for solution projects: oversees and supports the data collection processes (i. e.
questionnaire finetuning and testing, sample and quota definition), the data elaboration (i. e.
briefing EDP on mono and multivariate analysis), the data analysis, and the reporting (i. e.
defining chart templates and helping with charting, supporting senior insights) according to NIQ data quality strict requirements. Support senior colleagues during the management of the research process from proposals to final presentation, playing an important role in meeting timing and delivery expectations. Ensure client service is delivered to the agreed standard, meeting the service level requirements for contact and presentations. Support engagement across the Solution portfolio. Proactively identify opportunities, sharing these with the Sales team and senior colleagues. What to expect? A strong interest in understanding consumer behavior, motivations, and decisions. Curiosity about market dynamics and cultural influences that drive consumer purchasing decisions and consumer needs. Full dedication and reliability in meeting timing and deliveries. Analytical skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data. Familiarity with statistical techniques used in the analysis of market data and interpretation of results. Eagerness to learn, an open mindset, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude. Ability to organize and manage research projects, meeting deadlines and budgets. Effective communication: ability to communicate research findings clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing. Client-centric approach. Computer skills: Knowledge of data analysis software and tools for the visual presentation of results (e. g.
PPT, SPSS, Excel, Tableau).
