**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support to the project management (PM) and management/coordination of complex transformation processes;

- Setup of procedures and operational processes to support the management of anomalous credit;

- Data analysis and implementation of data quality controls;

- Support to the definition of model design and to the realization of monitoring models (Early Warning) and management of positions ("Next Best Action") with traditional techniques and artificial intelligence

**REQUIREMENTS**:

Bachelor's or Master's degree with excellent grades in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics/Financial or Engineering disciplines and strong quantitative knowledge

- Good knowledge of English, preferably knowledge of a second foreign language

**SOFT SKILLS**:

- Excellent diagnostic skills, problem solving, communication, organization of their work, time management and attitude to teamwork
