**You will join our Environment and Health Department in Milan or Rome
***As our new HSE Junior consultant you will be part of our successful team composed by engineers, geologists, environmental scientists, chemists, biologists, etc. working together in an international network for a variety of projects regarding mainly contaminated site management, expert services, permitting, due diligence, impact assessment, water treatment, health and safety, climate risk and sustainability. You will contribute to a sustainable future in an open, collaborative and empowering culture.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Execution of Environmental and/or Health and Safety Due Diligence;
- Execution of ESG review;
- Execution of EHS compliance audits;
- Taking direct part in the assignments, with direct interaction with Clients and third parties (e. g. lawyers, advisors, vendor/buyer, regulators) and implies strong soft skills (e. g. negotiation, communication, strategic vision) and capabilities in problem-solving and teamwork
- Proposal and reporting in Italian or English language.

- Minimum 2/3 years of relevant experience in EHS Compliance, Transaction and Corporate Services in as a broad area, with specific focus on due diligence work in the M&A sector and Health & Safety and Environmental Compliance;
- Knowledge and familiarity with D. Lgs 152/2006 and D. Lgs. 81/2008, ASTM standards;
- Fluent (mother tongue level) Italian language;
- Knowledge of the decommissioning, REACH and CLP regulation is a plus;
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English; a third language (e. g. German, Spanish, French) is a plus.
