We are looking for Consultants who will support project managers and will join work teams specializing in risk management, operating on consulting projects for Italian and international financial intermediaries. MAIN TASKS:Support in the identification of the most appropriate KPIs for measuring and monitoring an institution's profitability and risk exposure/position. Analyze the Intermediary's risk position with techniques of Asset & Liability Management to support strategic and operational decision-making and the optimization of the risk profile (Interest Rate & Liquidity Risk). Support the Intermediary in processes based on balance sheet & risk forecasting methodology, both Regulatory (ICAAP, Recovery Plan and Stress Test Analysis) and managerial (Strategic Planning, Budget, Capital Allocation). TRAININGMaster's degree in economics/finance, statistics or engineering. Preferred knowledge of econometrics. Knowledge of programming languages (e. g. , Python) is a plus. Fluency in English (B2 or higher is preferred). The knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus. SOFT SKILLS:Problem-solving and result-oriented attitude. Excellent team working attitude.
