Specifically, by joining the **Forensic Team **in** Rome**, you will help companies prevent, detect, and mitigate financial crime, business ethics, and reputational risks.

You will gain a competitive edge and offer integrated solutions and innovative approaches for strategic risk management, addressing some of the most complex and important corporate integrity and business ethics issues facing global organizations.

**Specifically, you will be involved in**:

- Integrity Risk Assessments, including fraud and bribery & corruption;

- Preventing and detecting bribery and corruption, fraud, and financial crime;

- Pre and Post Acquisition Due Diligence, including reputational, legal and financial crime risks;

- Fraud risk management & corporate integrity and compliance, including regulatory enforcement compliance;

- Investigations (fraud & misconduct, bribery & corruption, other regulatory issues);

- Third Party Risk Management, including corporate intelligence and the use of use of information and other data in the public domain concerning natural persons and legal entities.

You will be involved in **national and international projects**, across all sectors and industries, alongside highly qualified professionals within an international corporate culture in which personal growth, mutual trust and lifelong learning are being fostered.

This opportunity is perfect for you if:

- You have an undergraduate or master's degree in **business, economics and/or accounting**:

- You have an interest or previous work experience and passion for **accounting, compliance (such as, , Legislative decree no.

231, UK Bribery Act, and the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act), business ethics, corporate governance and risk management**, either through university courses and/or master's programmes in these fields or professional experience;

- You have an excellent knowledge of **English (C1 level minimum) and Italian**, preferably supported by study and/or work experience abroad;

- You have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft **Office**;

- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail;

- Proactive and curious;

- Ability to work under pressure, as part of a team, and to meet exacting deadlines; and

- Ability to operate in a discreet and confidential manner.
