**_We are recruiting a _**_junior consultant_**_ specialised in _**_Sustainability & climate change_**_ for the _**_Florence _**_office to work on the following projects:_**:

**_Sustainability:_**:

- **_definition of strategies and strategic sustainability and shared value plans;_**:

- **_development of governance and organisational models to support the corporate transformation process;_**:

- **_sustainability risk identification and assessment (ESG risks);_**:

- **_socially responsible investments, sustainable finance and ESG ratings;_**:

- **_sustainable finance: development of solutions for our clients in the financial sector to align policies and portfolios with climate and ESG objectives;_**:

- **_sustainability reporting systems: preparing sustainability reports/integrated reporting, defining specific reporting (e. g.

TCFD framework) and filling out sustainability questionnaires (from investors and customers);_**:

- **_development of circular economy and LCA initiatives;_**:

- **_supply chain management (definition of policies, assessment models, HSE audits, etc.

);_**:

- **_development of socio-environmental impact assessment models. _**:

**_Climate change:_**:

- **_preparation of decarbonisation strategies ("transition plan") and carbon inventory;_**:

- **_definition of scenario analyses on climate change through the use of tools/research about internationally-recognised scenarios (e. g. , IPCC, etc.

);_**:

- **_support in the definition of objectives in line with the science-based targets initiative (SBTI);_**:

- **_identification and quantification of the financial impacts of the risks and opportunities of climate change. _**:

- **_a _**_master's degree in _**_business and management_**_, _**_business administration and administration_**_, _**_finance and controlling_**_, _**_sustainability management;_**:

- **_interest in working on sustainability topics and ESG risks, corporate governance;_**:

- **_excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;_**:

- **_an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. _**:
