**Junior Consultant - IT M&A**:

BTO is looking for a Junior Consultant to be involved within the IT M&A area of an important client in the automotive field in Turin.

**Main Activities**:

Gather information regarding IT/Systems/Infrastructure/Information security risks for future and ongoing M&As, and provide readiness assessment and insights on the valuation and structural impact of the merger/ acquisition;

Provide support for IT due diligence activities;

Lead all IT aspects of merger and acquisition transactions, providing coordination, development and oversight of project management disciplines, processes and functions across IT teams;

Align with internal and external business leaders on all IT aspects and requirements to ensure smooth integration within scope and on budget;

Track and provide project status (through reports and presentations), manage the risks, issue and change resolution process;

Manage and execute IT related M&A projects - end-to-end from Due Diligence over Day 1 preparation to Carve-out / Post Merger Integration for technology part of transaction;

Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope of work;

Assess IT environment of Target business by technology due diligence;

Analyze IT costs, including cost synergies that may arise from the transaction / merger;

Plan and execute post-merger technology integration projects (PMI).

**Main requirements**:

Master's Degree in Economics or Management Engineering;

Short Previous Experience (mx 1 or 2 years) in Consultancy Firms in IT environment and processes;

Good Knowledge of Excel and PPT;

Accountability and organizational skills are essential;

Fluent in English is mandatory.
