Junior Contract Manager International
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Contract Manager to join our International Contracting team.
Reporting to the Head of Contracting, this person will take responsibility for supporting Contract Managers of various destinations depending on their high season.
This role is a chance for you to learn the skills required to be a Contract Manager and to experience the needs of various markets.
**This role is a homeworking role based in London, Spain or Italy.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Supporting the Contract Managers with the Optimisation of their portfolio in high season by increasing the number of available rooms on site and improving rates.
- Supporting the Contract Managers in creating attractive packages for our members and liaising with the relevant departments to get these new packages live on our site.
- Assisting with Hotel sourcing in key destinations across our range of product types (Hotels and packages): involvement from initial contact right through to pricing, contract agreement and allocation management.
- Ensuring our hotels participate in the promotional activities by negotiating the best offers in a timely manner.
- Increasing the number of 'connected' hotels using the relevant Channel Managers.
- Supporting the Contract Managers with the planning & preparation of business trips.
- Step up and help cover during the absence of Contract Managers (holiday and business trips).
- Working and collaborating effectively with various teams such as Deal Quality, Package Design, Sales Steering, Operations, Customer service and Finance
- Ensuring Finance and Customer Service issues are solved in a timely manner
**What we are looking for**:
- Experience in a similar role supporting Contract Managers in the Travel Industry is a must.
- Experience with account management, business development and negotiation skills - previous flash sale experience a bonus
- Great communication skills and ability to independently build relationship internally and externally.
- Remarkable adaptability and ability to learn quickly
- Boundless energy and commitment to your work and an entrepreneurial 'can do' approach to business
- Team player used to work in an international environment
- Fluent English is required.
Spanish, Italian or Greek is a plus!
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
