**Position Summary**:

We're looking for a **Junior Controller** in **Arco (TN)** location in Italy.

Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the plants level to develop and implement controlling systems and processes that align with the business overall vision and its current and long-term objectives.

Prepare financial reports to share with management in order to support the achievements of the targets.

Ability to work in team on common goals.

Main opportunities and challenges:

- Finance/Controlling experience in an multinational company

- Learn how a reporting package works

- Improve softskills and relations with collegues around the world

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Analysis of the main production plants metrics (operational expense, conversion cost etc)

- Cost Center analysis

- Financial targets analysis (Ebitdar%, Working Capital, Capex)

- SOX compliance

- SAP and HFM data maintenance

**Job Requirements**:

**Education**:

High School in Economics

**Hard Skills**:

- MS Office

- English knowledge

- Must be able to work as part of the team
