JUNIOR CONTROLLER

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Offers support in the Budget and Forecast defining process, in compliance with the Company timelines and strategies, and in monitoring the respective forecasts;

- Collaborates with his/her Manager in the management of the monthly forecasting accounting closings, according to the established deadlines, the rules and procedures of the company;

- Deals with the reconciliations of accounting data to support the monthly closings;

- Follows the analysis of costs, revenues, margins and data indicative of Company performance;

- Deals with the analysis and monitoring of the established KPIs;

- Deals with the elaboration of standard and ad hoc reporting, in relation to the analyzes necessary for the various Stakeholders;

- Interfaces and collaborates with the various company functions;

- Offers support in the preparation of reports useful for active billing;

- Respects and enforces occupational safety legislation (L. 81/08), company procedures, quality and sustainable development;

- Monitors the business climate and ensures SOX compliance on all processes under its responsibility.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Economics or equivalent;

- 2-3 years of experience in management accounting, preferably in structured realities;

- Excellent knowledge of the Office package (in particular of Excel);

- Knowledge of integrated management systems (eg AS400, SAP);

- Knowledge of statutory accounting, management and balance sheet principles;

- Good knowledge of the English language;

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and organizational skills, orientation to team work;

- Attitude to the management of critical issues and problem solving, result orientation and precision.
