Junior Controller

The _Junior Controller_ will be part of the Global FP&A team.
This position will be responsible for the preparation of the reports in order to monitor the group performances, the financial forecast/budget for the company and the profitability analysis by Region and Channel.
The controller will support senior management, providing both strategic insights and in-depth analysis by working cross functionally across divisions/regions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare management reports and KPIs, providing analysis of the key areas;
- Coordinate the WW retail global tracking of new openings and closures in conjunction with all the regional teams and the HQ department;
- Support the top Management with presentation, dashboards and performance indicators on all relevant projects;
- Monitor Wholesale invoice and orders portfolio supporting the commercial department;
- Support the preparation of Earning release analysis requested by Capri Holding;
- Support the preparation of budgets, reforecasts and 3-year plans in conjunction with all the different teams involved in the process;
- Assist in Monthly and Quarterly closings and provide comments and analysis vs budgets for Retail/Wholesale;
- Carry out regular business performance analysis, analysing variances from budget/forecast, with focus on subsidiaries in conjunction with the opex controlling and consolidation teams;
- Monitor costs against investment budgets and highlight areas of overspend for Retail/Wholesale Capex.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree (Finance or Accounting preferred);
- 1/3 years of experience as retail/wholesale controller, consulting or audit;
- Previous experience in a Fashion/Luxury company is a plus;
- Fluent in English;
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel;
- Experience with Planning tool/software, Hyperion and Tagetik a plus;
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as OBIEE is a plus;
- Good relationships skills, social intelligence and teamwork;
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work under pressure in a complex & fast-changing environment.
