**The Role

As a **Junior Controller, ** reporting to our Head of Finance & Controlling, you will support with Budget, Forecast, Planning, Business Plan and closing activities.

**Responsibilities

- Managing all the activities regarding the closing process (monthly, yearly and half-year) for all OPEX, CAPEX and overheads' expenses supporting the accounting and controlling team with the preparation of P&L broken down by cost centre and BU, calculating the Accruals, Deferred and other Provision.

- Provide support for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business plan preparation

- Ensuring the overall variance analysis between the Actual/budget/forecast.

- Monitoring and evaluating the business profitability and cost control of the different business areas, ensuring the cost saving initiatives to improve the efficiency and the costs control activities.

- Preparation of Monthly Management Report for BoD and supporting the M&A activities.

- Assist the Finance Team in the Audit documents preparation.

**This role will be a great fit if

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (an experience in an Audit Firm or SaaS/Digital/Media/Adv/IT Software Industry could be considered a plus)

- Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar fields.

- Strong Knowledge of Accounting Rules: Balance sheet and Income statement and skills in the use of accounting software (ERP Knowledge: Oracle Net Suite/Oracle NSPB will be considered a plus).

- Proficiency in Italian and English.

- Problem solving, attention to detail and flexibility.

- Ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects at a time.
