**For MAE Italian team in Peschiera Borromeo (Italy) we are looking for a Financial Analyst, fixed term contract, who will have the opportunity to support the finance department in the following activities**:

- Track deviations and communicate analysis of budget deviation to applicable activity manager.

- Monitor progress of budgeted and unbudgeted cost reduction activities.

- Interpret financial information generated by plant functions during the course of the month.

- Monitor actual expenses, on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis, against the budget and against monthly 5th day forecasts.

- Manage the analysis of all aspects of variances to recommend required corrections to production and general overhead departments.

- Participate in the preparation of plant rates to ensure the accuracy for cost estimating, inventory evaluation and fair measurement of production efficiency.

- Establish frozen standard costs on an individual part number basis and for annual standard cost change.

- Assist in the monthly and year-end closings.

Investigate unusual numbers generated during closings.

- Sale and purchase prices - monthly reporting and analysis

- Ad hoc business and strategic analysis

**Special knowledge, skills and abilities**:

- University degree in Finances, Economic or high school diploma

- Excellent Knowledge of excel

- Analytical skills

- SAP knowledge is great advantage

- Communication skill of English Language.

- Position requires written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
