Mission: The candidate will join as a Junior Sales (seniority to be defined based on candidate profile) within the Italian Corporate Derivatives team, in charge of FX, Money Market, and Interest Rate Derivatives products sales.

Desired start date: as soon as possible

Tasks and responsibilities: Supporting the team to provide an outstanding coverage of the clients across the different asset classes:FX: be familiar with pricing options and structured product solutions; confident on execution; interact with trading; understand market dynamics on the different currencies. Rates Derivatives: understand the product, get involved in credit line request process along with profitability considerations. LIS: understand the liquidity solutions products and client's needs. Supporting the senior members of the team in developing the Italian client baseLiaising with the support functions to address day to day pre and post trade issuesWorking together with internal business partners (for instance structuring, research, and coverage departments)Liaising with his/her peers in other RegionsComplying with risk limits, internal policies, and compliance rulesUnderstand the risk cultureUnderstand and implement the team spirit and professional engagement within the teamProfile required Studies & experience: Economic degreePrevious experience of 2/3 years as corporate derivative sales in Italy are highly desirableLanguage skills: Fluent in Italian and EnglishFrench is a plusTechnical, operational & Soft skills: Deep understanding of the FX and Derivatives MarketDeep understanding of the regulatory framework and its impact on our businessUnderstanding of the market dynamics with corporate clientsGood knowledge of Corporate Finance to understand clients' needsRespect of the guidelines and rulesAbility to focus on the right prioritiesTeam Spirit
