An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to our Legal & Compliance Team at Haier Europe.

- What you will do

- Strong connection and interactions with board of auditors, audit companies and OdV.

- Coordination of improvement/alignment process for compliance to local and international statutory obligations

- Record keeping and administrations - including minutes of meetings, communication with members, directors etc

- What you need to succeed

- Minimum 3 years administration experience in national and international corporate law, preferably in dynamic environments;

- Pragmatic, solution-oriented attitude

- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written);

- Self-motivated, quick learner, team player and ability to work independently under pressure with minimum supervision

- Clear capability to collaborate cross-functionally and within legal function, in the context of both supervisory and non-supervisory relationships
